How to apply our free services for elderly

Get verify by our team

We will verify your personal detail provided, this will make sure all our user is elderly ( age 65 and above) and is legit Malaysian citizen. You can check your verification status at your user dashboard.

Find a service and start booking

You can find all our service at service page and click book now. It will direct you to your dashboard. Fill in all the detail of the appointments require and click submit.

Done Booking

Now wait for technician around your area to accept your request. The status of the appointment will show at your dashboard -> my appointment.

We will verify your personal detail provided, this will make sure all our technician is legit Malaysian citizen and with the relevant service license and certificate. You can check your verification status at your user dashboard.

Find our elderly booking request

At your dashboard -> booking, you will find all requested booking from our elderly. You can accept the request according the time and location.

Accept appointment

If you find a suitable appointment request, you can click "accept" to accept the request and the appointment will be made.
